Terms and Conditions

 

  1. By taking out an Aldenham Country Park Membership you accept these terms and conditions.
  2. Each member will be issued with their own individual photo ID membership card.
  3. Membership cards must be presented at the entrance each visit.
  4. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party – they have no cash value.
  5. A membership card is only valid when used and/or presented by a named member as printed on the card. 
  6. All Membership Cards remain the property of Aldenham Country Park and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse.  This includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Aldenham Country Park with a Membership Card of which they are not the valid holder.
  7. Lost Membership Cards should be reported to Aldenham Country Park immediately.  In the event of a lost Membership Card, Aldenham Country Park will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £6.00 per card.
  8. Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or over.
  9. Your membership card entitles you to visit free of charge any day that we are open.
  10. Memberships run for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. There are no short-term memberships or pro-rata refunds if you terminate membership prior to expiry.
  11. These terms and conditions are listed in addition to the standard rules of entry to Aldenham Country Park.
  12. Extra charges may apply for some seasonal special events.
